50th Anniversary Party

Joan & Dino throw fabulous parties! It was amazing to record their close knit family and the large group of friends that gathered to celebrate their anniversary. I find milestone anniversaries remarkable events to record the wonderful bonds that have endured between couples. Joan and Dino told such affectionate stories about each other. When guests first arrived, they saw the restored car that Dino had first courted Joan in. The evening concluded with not only fireworks, but a range of fantastic performers - such as The Lettermen, who sang the songs when Joan and Dino were first dating.

Annena Sorenson orchestrated this event with the calm elegance that she's known for. McCalls had an incredible staff and their design team fashioned a whole "night club" area where guests viewed the fireworks, danced and enjoyed the performers.
